Where do you operate?

Elle Tiki is a Central Florida artist. All products are developed by Elle Tiki and created in her at home studio. All products are hand sculpted by Elle Tiki

Ordering

No pre-orders. All products will be available to purchase upon completion.

All mugs are Limited to 1 per household.

I have the right to cancel your order and refund your money if you try to order more than one or if I suspect you’re a flipper.

If flipping occurs, or it has come to my attention that you have manipulated the system by obtaining additional mugs via the help of friends and family to use as flips OR trade bait, you will be permanently banned from all future mug releases.

It is important for me to do what I can to ensure that customers have the opportunity to purchase a mug directly from the artist and not be forced into a barter system or pay resale prices.

Shipping

All order will be shipped out within 2 weeks of product release/ completion.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance and customer selection, and will be presented before payment is processed.

Currently only shipping in the United States

Refunds

Refunds can be made within 48 hours with no restocking fee.

After 48 hours a restocking fee of 10% will be applied.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective and/ or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
