Shedding a light on kiln load failures, anything can be repurposed instead of going into a landfill.
As mugs, these could never be used to hold liquid as the bottoms developed stress cracks. So, we have created lamps in their stead.
13 slots will be available, each lamp will be $450 shipped and invoiced to the slot holder upon completion. Only 1 lamp per household.
Each lamp includes a custom wood base stained and finished to compliment the mug, a custom 7” diameter lampshade using Jeff Granito designed fabric, and a 3d printed finial of the notorious guardrail bat painted and finished to tie the whole lamp together.
All lamps will include a light bulb and be filled with a rigid foam to ensure that they stay intact as lamps.
